REVISION POLICY

Your selected plan determines the number of revisions included in your package. We are committed to delivering the highest quality service and will make revisions until your requirements are satisfied, without any extra charges for design concept changes. You can expect your revised design within 48 hours.

Please note that any alterations or revisions requested after finalizing the designs will be considered a new order and incur separate charges.

REFUND POLICY

The Inspire Media Lab refund policy is void under the following conditions:

• Selection of a special package.
• Approval of the primary design concept.
• Requesting revisions.
• Cancellation was unrelated to company reasons.
• Lack of contact with the company for over two weeks after the project initiation.
• Violation of company policies.
• Approaching another company or designer for the same project.
• Insufficient information in the creative brief.
• If a complete design change is requested.
• Refund requests outside the specified 'request for refund' timeframe will not be accepted.
• If the business is closing, changing its name, or undergoing significant changes.
• Reasons include 'change of mind' or disagreements unrelated to the provided services.
• For service bundles, refunds apply only to the specific service in question, not the entire bundle.
• No refunds will be processed after 15 days from the date of purchase.
• Certain services, including Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting, are non-refundable.
• For websites, refunds will not be considered once the client approves the design and the website enters development.
• A money-back guarantee applies only if the client rejects the initial designs. If additional design concepts or modifications are requested, and a refund is sought after this point, Inspire Media Lab reserves the right to deduct 33% of the total billing amount for incurred service costs, including processing and management charges.

Note: Inspire Media Lab retains the authority to reject any project or terminate the contract at its discretion. Following a refund, you relinquish all rights to use the designs for any purpose, as they become the exclusive property of Inspire Media Lab. The company assumes full ownership of the designs in such instances.

It's important to note that following a refund, you forfeit any rights to the designs provided by Inspire Media Lab. To ensure legal compliance, the information will be submitted to Government Copyright Agencies under the Copyright Acquisition, reinforcing Inspire Media Lab's exclusive ownership of the designs.
